1 3/4 cup flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas (use over-ripe, brown bananas)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease 9x5 loaf pan.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Cream sugar and butter with an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time. Add bananas and mix until smooth.

Pour into pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from pan after 10 minutes.

Let cool completely before covering in foil. May be frozen and thawed to serve later. You can also make smaller loaves. Adjust baking time accordingly.
