2 tsp soda
3 c flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 c baking cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 c water
2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Mix immediately, bake about 50-60 minutes @ 325 degrees in a 9x12 inch cake pan or makes wonderful cupcakes this cake is so moist its wonderful. Sometimes I put frosting on it or pudding. ENJOY!!
