Sauce mix:
1- 8oz can of tomato sauce
1/4 c brown sugar (packed)
1/4 c vinegar
1 tsp mustard

Burger mix:
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 c crushed crackers
2 lbs hamburger
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c of sauce mixture
Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400º
2) mix the sauce and set aside reserving 1/2 c for burger mix
3) mix the hamburger and the other ingredients and then form a bread loaf shape with the hamburger
4) pour the rest of the sauce mix over the top of the loaf
5) bake loaf for 45-55 minutes
