9 x 13 greased pan
1/2 c butter
1/2 c cooking oil
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 2 /3 c flour
1/3 c cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla
2 c grated zucchini
1-6 oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c nuts (opt)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter, oil and sugar together. Beat in the eggs. Sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in the mixture. add the flour alternating with the buttermilk and vanilla, then add the zucchini. Pour into greased pan, pat the chocolate chips into the batter and the nuts. Bake at 325º for 30-40 minutes.
