13 x 9 greased pan
4 c sugar
1 c butter
1 lg can evaporated milk
24 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 - 13oz jar of marshmallow cream
2 tsp vanilla
2 c nuts (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar, butter and milk together in a pot and bring to a full boil, keep stirring over medium heat until you reach the soft ball stage. 230º immediately (sometimes I use a little lower temp, depending on my candy thermometer and how it reads. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips then the marshmallow cream until well blended, add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased pan and let stand.
