15 oz pkg of 2 refrigerated unbaked pie crusts.
In a saucepan: 1 lg onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp flour, 1/3 c milk, 1 c (4 oz) shredded chedder cheese, 1-6 oz can chicken, drained and flaked. 1/4 c snipped parsley

Cook onion/garlic in oil until tender. Stir in flour, add milk and cook until thick. Cook 1 minute more and add cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat, stir in chicken and parsley.
Spoon half of the chicken mixture on half of each crust. Moisten edges with water. Fold pie crusts in half. Turn the edges under and seal with the tines of a fork. Prick the top of the pastries and brush with milk. Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes or until pastry brown. Garnish with parsley if desired.
