1 2-lb package of frozen hash browns
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper



Topping~
1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes (place in a ziplock bag,
1/2 cup melted butter
squeeze out the air and crush with a rolling pin)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except topping) and spread in a 13x9x2 pan. Mix crushed corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle on top of potatoes.

Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350º.
