"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of Oreo cookies (any flavor)
1 package of cream cheese
1 package of almond bark (any flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the whole package of cookies in either a food processor or by hand with a glass.
Soften the cream cheese in a large bowl (I usually put it in the microwave for 30 sec or so to make it easy to blend).
Blend the crushed cookies into the cream cheese. Place in the refrigerator to cool/stiffen up for about 30 minutes.
Take out and make teaspoon size round balls. Place the balls on wax paper on a cookie sheet.

Now the fun part, melt the almond bark according to package directions.
Using a spoon or spatula dunk each ball in the melted almond bark and place back on the wax paper not touching each other.
Make sure to get it coated all over.
Repeat until you have coated all of the balls.
Let them cool and then refrigerate once they have hardened.
For an extra decoration you can drizzle additional almond bark or another flavor across the top to make it look cool.
