Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 cups sugar
1 can of pumpkin 15oz
4 eggs
1 ½ tsp salt
1 cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon
3 ½ cup flour
1 tsp nutmeg
2/3 cup water
2 tsp baking soda

(may use 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice in place of nutmeg and cinnamon)





Directions:

In one bowl mix sugar, oil, pumpkin, eggs and water. In a second bowl mix
Flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda.

Grease and flour 3 loaf pans and bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
