1/2 lb Italian sausage
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tbsp basil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 (1 lb) can (2 cups) tomates
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
1 10 oz. pgk lasagne noodles
24 oz large curd cottage cheese
2 eggs beaten
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbps parsley flakes
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. shredded mozarella cheese

Brown meat mixture slowly, drain and add next six ingredients to meat. Simmer uncovered until thick (45 min. - 1 hr.) stir occasionally.
Cook noodles, drain and rinse in cold water.
Meanwhite, combine next five ingredients.
Place half the cooked noodles in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Spread half the cottage cheese mixture over the noodles, add half the mozarella cheese and half the meat mixture. Repeat layers. Top with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 for 30 min. Let stand for 10-15 minutes to set up before serving.
