8-10 peices of chicken, thighs and breasts
1 can pinapple tidbits
1 can pinapple rings
sugar
cornstarch
ginger
chicken bouillon cube
soy sauce
cider vinigar

Directions:
Directions:
8-10 peices chicken, thighs and breasts
salt and pepper, fry until browned

Sauce:
1 can pinapple tidbits+ 1 can pinapple rings
drain pinapple juice and add water to equal 1 and 1/2 c liquid

Mix dry ingredience:
1c sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp ginger
1 chicken bouillon cube

Add and boil for two minutes:
liquid of pinapple juice
1 tbls soy sauce
3/4 c cider viniger

Pour sauce over fried chicken. Bake ar 350 deg. for 30 minutes. Add pinapple and green peppers. Bake an additional 30 minutes.

Serve over a bed of rice. Cole slaw and oriental stir-fry vegetables are great sides to round out your meal.
