6 cubes of butter (soft)
6 tsp of vanilla
1 c sugar
6 tsp water
6 c flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and vanilla, add sugar to cream the mixture until light and fluffy. Blend in the water. Blend in the flour, mixing well, (add or mix in fine chopped nuts to taste if you like). Shape into 1" balls. (decorate as you see fit for different occasions). Bake 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 min at 325º or until firm to touch. Cool before removing from cookie sheet. Makes about 9 1/2 doz cookies. This is a very rich tasting cookie.
