1 lb possum or 2 lbs short ribs
5 or six sweet potatoes
sugar-brown sugar is the best
1 c beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Turn "possum" loose and get the short ribs ready. Boil them until tender. Wash and put taters in pan, then in a hot 350º oven for about an hour or until they are soft. Peel skins off taters and cut into chunks and then put taters in a baking dish with ribs. Put a small amount of sugar on potatoes and about a cup of beef broth in dish. Bake in a 300º
