2-3 cans of white beans
6 cups chicken broth
2 cloves minced garlic
2 medium onions chopped
1 tbsp oil
2 (4 oz) containers mild green chilis
2 tsp ground cumin
1 ½ t sp oregano
¼ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
4 cups diced cooked chicken
3 cups Monterey jack cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beans, garlic, broth, and onions in pot to boil. Saute rest of onion until tender in oil. Add green chilis and seasoning to the onions. Pour beans, chicken, and broth into soup pot and stir until cooked. Serve with Monterey jack cheese.
