1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 c toast wheat germ
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tbls baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 ripe bananas mashed
3/4 c milk
5 tsp melted butter
1 egg
cinnamon sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º. Fit 12 muffin cups with liners. Mix flour, walnuts, wheat germ, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Stir in bananas, milk, butter and egg. Mix ubtil blended. Fill muffin cups evenly with batter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 20-22 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
