Med. onion
chopped
2 T. butter
3 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can creamed corn
1 pt. light cream
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly sautee onion in butter until softened. Add potatoes and barely cover with water. Add salt, garlic salt and parsley flakes. Simmer til potatoes are tender (not real soft). Add both cans of corn and mix lightly with wooden spoon. Add cream and milk. Bring to a simmer...do not boil. Add pepper.
If you want it creamier, thicken with a thin flour and water paste. If you want it thinner, add milk.
