1 Talego de espinacas congeladas o puden usarlas frescas, (1 pkg frozen spinach, can use fresh)
5 Huevos batidos (5 eggs beaten)
1/2 cebolla partida en pedasos pequenos (1/2 onion diced)
1 Tomate partido en pedasos pequenos (1 tomato diced)
Sal y pimienta (salt and pepper)
Cominos (1/2 tsp. cumin)

In a saute pan add butter or oil and saute onion and tomato. Add salt, pepper and cumin and cook a little. After cooking the spinach, drain the water and, beat the egss with salt and pepper and put the spinach with the eggs. Add them to the saute pan and let them brown a little. (En una caserola poner mantequilla o aceite, freir la cebolla, tomate, agregar la sal, pimienta, cominos y cocinar un poco. Despues de haber cocinado las espinacas sacarles el agua y escurrirlas bien, batir los huevos con sal y pimienta y poner las espinacas con los huevos, ponerlos en la caserola y dejarlos tostar un poco.)
