Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
"Whoever follows rules? I have stored the seasoning for up to 1 year, you know that I am frugal! Also, I never make this small of roast. I've done 8-10 pounds without any adjustments. This year I did 14 pounds, however, I did roast for 1 1/2 hour prior to turning off the oven and also reheated 1 hour before serving. This always turns out perfect!!!!!"
