2 pounds ground beef
2 cups cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons each chopped onion and parsley
1/2 teaspoon each pepper, nutmeg and sage
1/2 cup catsup
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Bak at 350
for 45 minutes. Combine soup, butter, milk and garlic salt in a bowl, mix well. Pour over loaf and bake 20 minutes longer.
