1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
4 oz. Brie cheese
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar in frying pan on med-low heat. Stir occassionally. Heat until melted and a dark butterscotch color. Add 1/4 c. water and stir. Add remaining water. Return to medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth. Pour sauce over Brie cheese and enjoy on crackers.
May pour sauce into a jar and store in the cupboard. Reheat in microwave.
