3 Qts chopped tomatos
2 C Chopped onions
1/4 C salt
1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 t pepper
1 C chopped green peppers
2 C White suguar
1 t. pickling spice
1 C white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatos, onion, green peppers and salt. Let stand overnight. Drain in colander. Dont press vegetables. Place vegetable in large kettle and add white sugar, brown sugar, pepper (mixed pickling spice tied in cheese cloth), and vinegar. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer to desired consistancy. Ladle into jars, seal and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
