4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 egg or 2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
2 cups Prego traditional spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cups hot cooked spaghetti

Directions:

1. Dip chicken into egg. Coat with bread crumbs.
2. In skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook chicken 10 mins or until done. Set chicken aside.
3. In same pan heat Prego sauce to a boil. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 mins or until chicken is done. Top chicken with cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Serve with spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
