Directions:
Directions:
Generously grease a 9" tube pan. Beat eggs, sour cream & vanilla. Add butter, then flour mixture. Beat until well mixed. Add walnuts, fruit mixture and fold in until well distributed. Turn into prepared pan. Bakea t 300 in a shallow pan of water on the floor of the oven for 1 3/4 hours. Coll in the pan for 10 minutes.

If cake is to be cut shortly after baking it will have to be cut in thick slices.

For best results, wrap in foil and store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks before serving.

Personal Notes:
I dont use the candied fruit, just the raisins and dates and it is wonderful. Great with a cup of spiced tea.
