2 C Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 C Oleo
1 C Sugar
2 eggs
1 C Mashed Bananas (very ripe bananas are best)
1/3 C milk
1 t. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo, sugar and eggs. Put the vinegar in a cup with the milk. Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the milk and dry ingredients alternately and mix well. Bake in Greased bread pan at 350 for 60 minutes.
