1 (16 oz) pkg Ore Ida Frozen hash browns
4 cans fat-free ckn broth
1 pkg McCormicks Country gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan w/non-stick spray & saute potatoes 10 min, stirring gently. Add broth & bring to a boil. Fix gravy according to pkg directions. Add to potatoes & broth. Simmer 20 to 30 min.

I also like to substitute 1/2 the hash browns for the cubed country potatoes as well and this just adds a little more substance. McCormick's really is the best gravy to use, I have tried others and it didn't taste the same.
