1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a big zip-lock baggie. Add meat, and marinate 2-24 hours.
