1 (49-ounce) can chicken broth
1 (26-ounce) meatless spaghetti sauce
1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
3 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon sugar
cheese curds/string cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup pot, combine broth, spaghetti sauce, chicken and parsley. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in rice and sugar. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Just before serving add cheese curds or cut up string cheese and add to bowls.
