1/3 cup uncooked wild rice
pastry for a 10" pie pan
1/2 pound ham, cubed
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3 green onion
1/2 large green pepper, diced
4 eggs
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice. Bake pastry shell for 5 minutes at 450º. Reduce heat to 375º. Sprinkle wild rice, ham, cheese. Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. Pour on top of cheese. Beat eggs and cream, pour over ingredients in shell. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until eggs are set.
