1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup mashed bananas (about 3 bananas)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º (200º c) and prepare muffin tins by greasing well or using muffin papers.
Mix together flour, baking soda,salt and spices in large bowl. Cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs and blend well. Mix in sour cream and bananas. Add wet mixture to flour mixture and mix until moist and lumpy. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
