1 pound lean ground beef
1 large onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced

4 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
4 Tbsp Chili Powder
Enough water to cover.
1-2 Tbsp Corn Meal
Enough water to make paste.

Brown first 3 ingredients until well browned.

Add cayenne pepper and chili powder.

Add enough water to cover.

Simmer 21/2-3 Hours. Add water if dries out.
Last 15 minutes add 1-2 Tbsp corn meal mixed with water to make paste.
Simmer additional 15 minutes.

Cayenne very hot-maybe start with 2 Tbsp.
