1 cup butter ( softened )
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup plus 3 Tbsp. sesame seeds
6 Tbsp. apricot jam

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in almond extract. Combine flour and salt and gradually add to creamed mixture. Roll into small balls roll in sesame seed and put 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Make small dent in center of each and fill with jam. Bake at 400 for 10-12 min. until lightly brown. Cool on wire rack.
