1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sifted flour

Filling:
1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt

2/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together. Chill for about 1 hour. Shape into 1" ball. Press into small greased muffin tins to line the bottom and sides. For the filling: beat ingredients together until smooth. Divide half of the pecans among the tins, add egg mixture, top with remaining pecans. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes. Cool. Remove from pans.
