2 lb. ground turkey breast
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. grated fresh Parmesan
1 T dried oregano
3 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T soy sauce
2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. garlic powder or minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper, each



1/4 c. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine the first 10 ingredients in a large bowl.

Place the turkey mixture in a 9x5" loaf pan coated with
cooking spray. Top with 1/4 c. ketchup. Bake for 1 hour (tent
lightly with foil, if getting too brown).

After removing from oven, tent lightly with foil and let stand
for 10 minutes before slicing.

Mia and Marty both like this--great favorite of Bill's, too-- and it's yummy hot or cold. Wonderful comfort food on a chilly night, and a little lighter fare for the arteries than traditional meat loaf.
