3 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T soy sauce
2 tsp. dried basil

Mia and Marty both like this--great favorite of Bill's, too-- and it's yummy hot or cold. Wonderful comfort food on a chilly night, and a little lighter fare for the arteries than traditional meat loaf.
