2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. mango, finely chopped
3 eggs
4 oz. shredded coconut
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Sift all dry ingredients together and form a hole. Pour rest of ingredients in the middle. Mix well. Do not beat the mixture, just mix well. Grease 2 loaf pans and fill. Let stand 20 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
