1-1/4 cups butter
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup green creme de menthe
1-1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Bottom layer: In a saucepan combine, 1/2 cup margarine and cocoa powder. Heat and stir until blended. Remove from heat; add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, the egg and vanilla. Stir in graham crackers crumbs. Mix well. Press into a 9 x 13. Middle layer: Melt together 1/2 cup margarine. In a small mixing bowl combine melted margarine and creme de menthe. At low speed, beat in remaining 3 cups powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over chocolate layer. Chill 1 hour. Top layer: In a saucepan combine 1/4 cup margarine and chocolate chips, melt. Spread over mint layer. Chill 1-2 hours.
