1-1/2 pounds of ground beef
1/2 onion finely chopped
salt and pepper
2 cans tomato paste (little ones)
4 cans water
parsley
oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
lasagna noodles (9 to 12 depending on pan size)
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper. Add tomato past, water and season with other spices. Simmer until thick (about 1 hour). Boil lasagna noodles until bendable. Place some sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Then layer noodles, sauce, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Repeat for three layers. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350º. Let rest for 15 minutes before it is cut.
