1 box Uncle Ben's Wild rice mix - original
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (15-ounce) can Chinese vegetables, undrained
1 can milk
4 pork chops

Directions:

Mix above in a 9 x 13, put 4 pork chops on top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. (These were Pauline's directions, I always bake for a little less time.)
