2 lbs of portabella mushrooms, or the regular
white mushroom in your grocer's vegetable section
1/4 stick butter
Dash of soy sauce

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly
Let dry on a paper towel
Slice the mushrooms
On medium to low heat, drop the butter in the pan
Place sliced mushrooms in pan and allow to simmer until they become limp
Add a dash of soy sauce

Sauteed Mushrooms are a family favorite in the McQueen's household. We enjoy eating them alone and with grilled chicken and steak. It is always a good side dish and a good food source.
