1/2 lb Lean ground pork
1 egg
3 Tbl Finely chopped green onion
1 Tbl Soy Sauce
1/4 teas salt
1 lb Wonton wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
In medium size bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. If to soft to work with, add a few dry bread crumbs.
Place 1 teaspoon filling in center of wonton wrapper. Moisten edges, fold over forming triangle. Press edges to seal. Moisten bottom corners, pull gently together to overlap, and press together. Freeze on tray with waxed paper between layers. Store in sealed container once frozen. Makes about 3 dozen.
