3 cups chilled heavy or whipping cream
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in chilled bowl and then beat until stiff.

This is an easy frosting that tastes delicious on angel food cake. Recipe makes a very generous amount, enough to frost two layers.
