1 pkg. frozen. chopped spinach (thawed)
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
4oz. Feta cheese rinsed and crumbled
1/2 cup small chopped green onions
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley (or 2 tbsp dried)
salt to taste

Pull out stem from mushrooms caps and rinse
combined chopped vegetables and spices with the cheeses and stuff each mushroom cap to about 1/4 inch over top of cap cavity. Bake in 350º oven for 20 minutes, serve hot as hor'derves.
