Hershey Brownies With Mint Recipe

1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. flour
1 lb. can Hershey chocolate syrup

Mint topping:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Green or red food coloring

1 c. real chocolate chips
6 tbsp. real butter (not margarine)

Combine all brownie ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Mix mint topping ingredients together and spread on cooled brownies.

Heat topping over low heat until melted, cool and spread over top of mint topping.
