1 1/4 milk
3 1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
yeast cake
3 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Scald the milk, cool to lukewarm. Sift together the flour, sugar and salt. With pastry cutter, mix in butter until mealy. When milk is cooled, add 1 cake yeast with egg yolks. Blend well and add liquids. Mix batter well. This will be sticky. Cover with a damp cloth. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down. Cover and put in refrigerator. Chill well. Make rolls, raise about 1 hour. Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes. This will make about 2 cookie sheets of buns.
