1 large head cabbage shredded, 1 carrot, 1/4 C sugar, 1/4 C lemon juice or vinegar, 3/4 C mayo or salad dressing, 1/4 C sour cream, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp pepper/to taste

Directions:

Shred cabbage ,grate carrot,put into bowl w/ cover. In 1 qt bowl add rest of ingredients &
mix well. Add to cabbage and mix thoroughly.
Chill for at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
