6 egg yolks
3 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
3 heaping tbsps. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon or vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks until lemon colored. Add sugar gradually and continue beating. In large saucepan, dissolve corn starch in a little of the milk; add remainder of milk and then add egg yolks and sugar mixture. Cook in saucepan over medium heat until thickened, about 20 minutes. Pour into prepared pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
