2 c ups flour
1 rounded Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 rounded Tbsp butter or margarine
2-3 apples
cinnamon
water
1 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, butter or margarine. Add enough water to make like baking powder biscuits. Make dough sticky but still can handle. Roll out oblong. Cover with grated apples that were peeled and cored. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll like jelly roll. Cut in 1" pieces. Put on baking sheet with an edge. Bring to boil 1 1/2 cup water and 1 1/2 cup sugar. Pour over rings and bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until browned.
