1 avocado
lemon juice - 2 wedges worth
1 pint of sour cream
1 packet of dry taco mix/seasoning
few tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
Small can sliced olives
Two (2 cup ) packages of taco cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix avocado and lemon juice and put into a brownie pan. In a separate bowl mix sour cream and taco mix. Spread over top of avocado. Dice tomatoes, onion and green pepper. Spread half over avocado/sour cream mix. Then add half of the cheese. Add another layer of veggies and then rest of cheese. Put sliced olives on top.
