4 filet of sole (or tilapia)
1 row of Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 can of crab meat
1/2 stick of butter
Garlic power
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and mix together with Ritz crackers. Add crab meat and a pinch of garlic power to the Ritz cracker mix.

Place mixture on 1/3 of filet and roll into itself. Skewer with a toothpick. Salt and pepper the filet with another pinch of garlic powder and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
