1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 can cream style corn
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and preheat large iron skillet in 400 degree oven. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour half of mixture into hot skillet. Sprinkle half of cheese on top. Pour remaining mixture into skillet and top with remaining cheese. Bake approximately 40 minutes.
