1 Loaf White bread (22 slices)
8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
5 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off the crust of the bread and roll very thin with a rolling pin. Set aside.
For the filling: Mix together cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and egg yolk. Spread a rounded teaspoon of the filling mixture onto each slice of bread. Roll tightly from corner to corner.
Place on a cookie sheet, wrap tightly and freeze over night.
Melt butter and set aside to cool.
Mix together 1 1/4 cups of sugar and cinnamon.
Dip frozen blintz in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Place on a wire rack to cool and firm. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
